So I know on my last blog that I said I would have pictures of the work I've started and now here they are. I actually finished the assembling of the parts on the table, but I guess I'll have to post those pictures tomorrow, since I forgot to take a picture before I left the studio this evening. The images are representing the sculptures that I am currently working on. Graduate school isn't all about making art, but also about understanding the reasons an artist makes his work and why. With that being said I must get back to my research and readings to help me understand contemporary views within art, particularly that of conceptual art which we are discussing in my Graduate Seminar class this semester.
